Organic cotton activewear, with a Good Girl attitude
Good Girl Activewear started with a very simple frustration: I was tired of working out in clothes made almost entirely from synthetic fabrics.
Like most people, I never really questioned what my activewear was made from. Until I did. Finding natural fibre activewear that still looked flattering, feminine and actually felt good to wear was surprisingly difficult.
So I decided to create what I couldn’t find.
Good Girl was born in Dubai, and our pieces are made in the UAE. The idea was simple: cotton activewear with considered cuts, feminine silhouettes and designs you genuinely want to wear beyond the gym.
Our fabric: 95% organic cotton, 5% elastane
The fabric comes first. Our core collection is made from 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane: a cotton-rich blend that brings together a soft feel, breathability and stretch.
Cotton is a natural fibre, and it makes up the vast majority of our fabric. We chose it for the comfortable, familiar feel we wanted in pieces worn close to the body. The small amount of elastane adds stretch for movement and a close-fitting silhouette.
That balance is at the heart of Good Girl. We wanted organic cotton activewear that feels like cotton, with flexibility for the way you move. You’ll find the same fabric focus across our leggings, shorts, crop tops and fitted jacket.

Our aim is to get closer to plastic-free activewear: 95% organic cotton, with just 5% elastane for stretch.
If you’re exploring activewear made predominantly from natural fibres, the composition is a useful place to start. For us, that means being clear about both parts of the blend, alongside the fit and feel of each piece.

Good Girl was never meant to be a basic cotton activewear brand. I wanted pieces that feel considered, with flattering shapes and details that make getting dressed feel good.
